Ribs Burnoff
The Pro Football
Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Ribs Burnoff
is one of 19 events over 10-days, all
celebrating the induction of football players,
coaches, and contributors into the National
Professional Football Hall of Fame.
Nearly 700,000
people are expected to enjoy the 2010
festivities from July 30 through August 8 in
Canton, Ohio. One event you won’t want to miss
is the Ribs Burnoff that will take place on
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, August 4, 5
and 6 at the Stark County Fairgrounds.
Over the three
days of the event, approximately 130,000 people
are expected to enjoy ribs from local and
national vendors, plus a variety of specialty
foods. Families can enjoy the children’s
entertainment area featuring interactive
inflatables in the Fantasy Football Zone, a
master sand sculptor, face painting, and many
other fun activities. Each night, you won’t
want to miss renowned recording artists, who in
the past have included Huey Lewis, Gretchen
Wilson, Michael Stanley and the Resonators, Eric
Church and Pat Benatar.
The Enshrinement
Festival has an annual economic impact estimated
at $27 million on the Canton/Stark County area
and $50 million on the State of Ohio. A wide
range of sponsorship and promotional
opportunities exist for entities wishing to
reach a diverse audience of consumers.
