The 2012 Ribs Burnoff is sure to be another exciting one for those of all ages! Join us for lunch or dinner to enjoy finger-licking good food and fun! Check out TEN rib masters from around the country as they compete for barbecue glory and cash prizes. Don’t worry – for those who don’t enjoy food of the BBQ persuasion, you will enjoy a variety of other food vendors and sweet treats. Prepare to enjoy a day full of tunes from the Day Stage and get excited for three nights of big entertainment!

Jason Michael CarrollThe Enshrinement Festival and WQXK/K105 are pleased to announce that Jason Michael Carroll, country’s Gen-Y family man, will join the musical line-up during this year’s Ribs Burnoff.  Carroll is scheduled to perform on the Emergency Medicine Physicians Stage at the Stark County Fairgrounds on Thursday, August 2, approximately 8:30 p.m. Ticket information to be announced at a later date. Keep an eye out for announcements on the Wednesday and Friday night shows!

Bring the kids along to enjoy the interactive Fantasy Football Zone of inflatable games and bounce houses. Watch as a master sand sculptor creates artwork from the ground up over all three days of the event! There are many other summer fun activities including face painters, balloon twisters, and much more! Spectators will also be able to watch as the builders put the finishing touches on the fantastic floats which make their debut at the Timken Grand Parade on August 4th. Viewing is free at the Exhibition Hall.
