The 2013 Ribs Burnoff planning is underway! It is sure to be another fun-filled and delicious event! Bring the kids out for free entertainment including inflatables, face painting and more! Be sure to check out our sponsors and mobile tours, as well as a full day of musical entertainment on the day stage! Watch as the Grand Parade floats come to life in the Exhibition Hall before they make their way to the Grand Parade! Each night, enjoy a live concert from the Main Stage -- and don't miss our main attraction: our fabulous Rib and Specialty vendors will be serving up some of their best eats for you to enjoy!

Congratulations to our 2012 winners! Two Fat Guys from Canton, Ohio won the Best Sauce Award at $500, judged by seven professional chefs. Our newest rib vendor, Grillin' N Chillin' from Lorain, Ohio took home Second Place at $1,000! And Armadillo's BBQ from Youngstown, Ohio took home First Place at $2,500, for the 7th year in a row!  In addition to winning the grand prize, Armadillo's also took home the People's Choice Award - over 1700 people participated in the survey!
