Ken Huot, Customer Service & Marketing Representative for American Electric Power, has been named general chairman of the 2008 Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival. 

Huot served as general vice-chairman of the 2007 Festival and is already deep into the strategic planning for 2008.  As general chairman of the 45^th annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival, he is charged with the responsibility of leading and monitoring the activities of 26 committee chairmen and a team of more than 4,200 volunteers who hold in excess of 350 planning meetings throughout the year.  Their collective efforts will ensure the success of 15 events over a ten-day period, for the enjoyment of nearly 700,000 people as the Festival celebrates the induction of football greats into the National Professional Football Hall of Fame.
