Before you begin, please download and review this document: 2019 Balloon Classic & Fireworks Vendor Policies & Procedures. 

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY APRIL 8, 2019.

If you prefer a paper application packet, please contact Andrea Hartman, event manager, at andreah@cantonchamber.org or 330-458-2054. You will be informed of your acceptance including your approved menu items in writing by the Enshrinement Festival office. Please make sure you review and understand the cancellation policy in your packet of information.

Please note your application is not consdired completed until the following items are submitted:

  • $995 Application Fee
  • Complete Vendor Application
  • Insurance Certificate, listing Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival and its Balloon Classic & Fireworks as "Additionally Insured"
  • Copy of Mobile Food or Temporary License Front and Back: Click here to access the Temporary License Application
  • Picture of unit 
  • Complete and submit the Special Event Vendor Permit and $30 to Jackson Township Zoning and Planning Department: Click here to access the Special Event Vendor Permit
