Queen & Royal Ambassadors Pageant Application

Welcome to the 2018 Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Queen & Royal Ambassador Pageant application. The pageant will be held on May 16 at the Canton Palace Theatre and is one of the diverse events, enjoyed by nearly 700,000 people – all celebrating the induction of the 2018 Class of Enshrinees.

Before you begin, please download and review the Queen & Royal Ambassadors Pageant Application Packet which contains all of the rules and regulations for the Queen & Royal Ambassadors Pageant applicants. Please review the Radius Map for applicant eligibility. It is critical that you fully read and complete all of the information listed below. All of the required elements must be submitted to the Enshrinement Festival office at the Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce no later than 5:00 PM on MONDAY, MARCH 19, 2018.  

Information needed for a complete application:
  • A completed Official Entry Application
  • Recent Photo
  • Childhood photo (up to age 5)
  • Copy of driver's license or other legal proof of age
  • Permission Form from parent/guardian and employer (if under 21)
  • $70.00 Entry Fee (Non-Refundable)
