Fashion Show Luncheon Store Information

We cordially invite you to participate in our 61^st Annual Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival Fashion Show Luncheon on Friday, August 2!

Drawing nearly 3,000 guests from Northeast Ohio and beyond, the Fashion Show Luncheon has a tradition of showcasing the latest fashions from local and national retailers, boutiques, and specialty stores.

NEW THIS YEAR:

This year, we're set to revolutionize the experience for both our stores and guests. Each store will have its own dedicated scene, fulfilling a long-standing request from our stores themselves. This means more visibility and less competition, creating an environment where each store can truly shine.

In these dedicated scenes, each store will showcase 10 of their top fashions. This curated selection will give guests a comprehensive look at each store's unique style and offerings. At the end of the show, store representatives will have the opportunity to take to the runway, adding a personal touch to the experience.

Meanwhile, all four jumbo screens will be displaying the showcased fashions, accompanied by links to each store's website. This integration of digital promotion with the live event will drive traffic to the stores' online platforms, further enhancing their visibility and potential sales.

New this year, we've implemented an additional layer of security that is vital for the integrity of our South Hallway, designated as our model staging area. To ensure controlled access, each store will be equipped with two designated store lanyards, granting exclusive permission to enter this area. Store representatives will only be permitted entry while their scene is actively in progress and during the final introduction of stores. Once the scene concludes, we kindly request that representatives return to their designated seats. This measure not only enhances security but also streamlines the flow of the event, maximizing efficiency and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

Overall, this initiative reflects our commitment to listening to the needs of our stores and guests, while also embracing innovation to create a truly unforgettable shopping experience.

• Promotion in the Fashion Show program, including:

EVENT DAY BENEFITS:

• Runway model(s). Models are hired and paid by the Enshrinement Festival
